Zac and his family moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1990 from northern Arkansas. He graduated from Agua Fria High School in 1996, when the development craze began hitting the Valley of the Sun. Always having an interest in real estate, Zac obtained his real estate license and started selling homes in 1997 while attending Arizona State University.
Now as a Realtor®, Associate Broker, and new agent Coach with West USA Realty, Zac uses his 20 years of real estate experience to help clients buy, sell, invest, and rent properties throughout the Phoenix metro area. As a Realtor®, he is a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a member of the Council for Residential Specialists (CRS), and holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), e-Pro, and At Home With Diversity certifications.
From 2011 to 2015, Zac worked with a team of agents who helped international buyers relocate or invest in the Phoenix market. This highly specialized process allowed Zac to share his expertise with buyers who had limited viewing schedules, had to quickly become familiar with the area and purchasing process, and needed to close the transaction from out-of-state. Along with the high level of service provided by the team, Zac helped dozens of clients reach an unparalleled level of comfort when making such an important purchasing decision from thousands of miles away.
In addition to helping buyers relocate to the Valley, his education and experience has allowed him to help hundreds of homeowners with their distressed property scenarios. In 2003, he joined a highly successful team of agents that specialized in short sale transactions. Since then, Zac has participated in over 400 successful short sale transactions.
On the investment end of the business, Zac loves flipping properties and providing high-quality homes to families. He has rehabbed everything from meth houses and heavily vandalized properties to your typical house-next-door. He is always seeking out new partners and investors for these endeavors.
Between balancing work with the role of a father and husband, Zac does not have much extra time. He does, however, believe in everyone using their talents to give back to their communities. Following those beliefs, he has contributed to many community organizations in the Phoenix area including the following roles:
- Assistant Den Leader, Cub Scouts (2015 to Current)
- Volunteer Coordinator and Team Development Chair with the American Cancer Society’s Central Phoenix Relay For Life (2013-2014)
- Treasurer and Board of Directors for Leadership West (2008-2010)
- Panelist at Arizona Town Halls on Civic Engagement, Higher Education, and Leadership
